Blackheart Fest 2014

Saturday October 18th we will playing at the first annual Blackheart Fest. This is going to be a three-day event to honor the memory of Joey Blackheart and raise money for services in Central Ohio that promote harm reduction and breaking of the cultural stigmas surrounding addiction. Come see us at The Summit and donate to a good cause in the process.

Thank you all for your support during this tough time. We have not in any way called it quits and are still actively making music. We are hitting the road with Lydia Loveless for a couple shows in November and we are grateful for everything!

Joseph M. Moore, aka “Joey Blackheart”, 36, of Columbus, Ohio, a former resident of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away July 9, 2014 in Columbus, Ohio.
We don't know how describe our heartbreak over our bandmate and best friend passing. Joey was our brother, and was loved by many more in our community for his friendly, joking attitude and tendency to draw people in, as well as how giving he was when anyone needed help.
We will feel his absence acutely, both as friends, and as bandmates.
